Toptenn has been selected as an ambassador for Tennis Australia Workout in Australia.
Currently Toptenn is conducting Tennis Workout's to TA Workout music at Aqualink Box Hill, the Burwood Tennis Club, Deepdene Tennis Club and the North Kew Tennis Club. Lessons are run by Tennis Australia Workout Professionals Giselle and Tristan.
At the beginning of 2010 Toptenn recruited Personal Trainer / Tennis Coach Extraordinaire Giselle to drive our Toptenn Tennis Australia Workouts. In 2005 Giselle became a qualified Master Personal Trainer at the Australian Institute of Sport. Giselle is also a qualified Tennis Australia Development Coach (click here to see full bio).
Tristan is a TCV Advanced Coach who recently graduated 3rd highest in all of Victoria. Tristan is also registered with Tennis Australia Coach Membership as a Club Professional. Tristan has also traveled to the US to achieve his United States Professional Tennis Association qualification (click here to see full bio).

Hit mid week stress away on the court. Toptenn's Adult Coaching Evenings are ACTION PACKED (there is no standing around) with plenty of fun and social interaction. Toptenn's Tennis Australia and USPTA Professional Coaching Team run players through a series of skill developing training routines for 60mins and then coordinate social Round Robin matchplay for 30mins - where they are on hand to answer questions regarding strategy or technique.
Programs are available for all standards from beginner through to advanced. These sessions have a ratio of 1 coach : to 8 students.
Booking Options
Toptenn's Adult Coaching Evenings are $18 per week. Students have the option to pay by the week or pay upfront for a 9 week term and receive 1 session FREE.
Players can book as a:
* Casual - Students let Toptenn know when they ARE attending, or
* Regular - Students let Toptenn know when the are NOT attending

* North Kew Tennis Club Tues 8:00pm - 9:15pm

Toptenn also offers group coaching of 1:4 or 1:6 coach-to-student ratios. You can form your own group or have Toptenn enrol you into a class of compatible standards.
Classes are available during the evenings and weekends.
Chose your duration - 30mins, 45mins or 60mins.

Designed specifi cally for ladies, the 90min or 2 hour programs are fun, social and challenging and feature coaching and match play. Learn some new skills, and stay fit and then enjoy some friendly Round Robin social tennis. Matchplay only programs are available. At only $18 per session this has to got to be the best value for social fun and exercise.

From Xpoint, Tennis Victoria week-end pennant to mid-week ladies to evening social competitions we will help to find the correct and most challenging and enjoyable competition for your needs and standard.
Toptenn services 13 major clubs around the South Eastern Suburbs - We can find the most comvenient and most appropriate comp for everyone!

What is Xpoint?
Many of our students ask us how to get involved in competition. It has never been easier. Toptenn would like to welcome all past and present adult students to join our exciting new Xpoint competitions on a Wednesday night at the Burwood Tennis Club from 8:15pm to 9:45pm.
X point is a well managed, fun, unisex and social team-based competition catering for all ages and standards. Players are grouped into teams of 2. So you can sign up with a friend or have Toptenn find you a partner. Xpoint competitions are also available for juniors - including Aussie Mozzie, Hot Shot Radical Hot Shot Extreme and Hot Shot Prestige students.
Please let the office know ASAP if you have any interest as we need to formulate teams urgently. The office can be contacted on 9830 2322. Please ask for Hamish, Natalie or Lisa.
