Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages and abilities. It’s more about getting a great, high-energy workout than pure tennis technique.
You don’t have to be Rafael Nadal or Sam Stosur to enjoy the energising
workout that is Cardio Tennis! Constant movement is the focus as a
Tennis Australia qualified coach guides you through a series of fun and
heart-pumping drills that cater for all abilities and fitness levels

Currently Toptenn is conducting Cardio Tennis at Aqualink Box Hill, the Burwood Tennis Club, Deepdene Tennis Club and the North Kew Tennis Club. Lessons are run by Registered Cardio Tennis coaches Hamish, Peter, Natalie, Lisa, Brent and Rachel.

Hit mid week stress away on the court. Toptenn's Adult Coaching Evenings are ACTION PACKED (there is no standing around) with plenty of fun and social interaction. Toptenn's Tennis Australia and USPTA Professional Coaching Team run players through a series of skill developing training routines for 60mins and then coordinate social Round Robin matchplay for 30mins - where they are on hand to answer questions regarding strategy or technique.
Programs are available for all standards from beginner through to advanced. These sessions have a ratio of 1 coach : to 8 students.
Booking Options
Toptenn's Adult Coaching Evenings are $18 per week. Students have the option to pay by the week or pay upfront for a 9 week term and receive 1 session FREE.
Players can book as a:
* Casual - Students let Toptenn know when they ARE attending, or
* Regular - Students let Toptenn know when the are NOT attending

* Burwood Tennis Club Weds 7:15pm to 8:15pm
* North Kew Tennis Club Tues 8:00pm - 9:15pm

Toptenn also offers group coaching of 1:4 or 1:6 coach-to-student ratios. You can form your own group or have Toptenn enrol you into a class of compatible standards.
Classes are available during the evenings and weekends.
Chose your duration! 30mins, 45mins or 60mins.

Mums enjoy a 60 minute coach / play sessions while mozzies (toddlers 2+) enjoy a fundamental skill building Aussie Mozzie Tennis session.
$20 per lady

Designed specifi cally for ladies, the 90min or 2 hour
programs are fun, social and challenging and feature coaching and match play. Learn some new skills, and stay fit and then enjoy some friendly Round Robin social tennis. Matchplay only programs are available. At only $18 per session this has to got to be the best value for social fun and exercise.
Two Payment Options:
1) $20 per week, or
2) Pay for a Term of 9 lessons and get 1 free

From Xpoint, Tennis Victoria week-end pennant to mid-week ladies to evening social competitions we will help to find the correct and most challenging and enjoyable competition for your needs and standard.

Congratulations Fusi (left)on being selected as Toptenn's most improved adult player for 2010. Fusi was a regular braving all conditions at our Wednesday Adult Nights at Burwood and is now playing great tennis in Saturday Competition at Burwood Tennis Club
